Observation

0106(4) Provider D.R. needs to take Recognizing Child Abuse. 0106(5) Staff member W.R. needs to take Emergency Preparedness. 0106(6) Provider D.R. needs to take Abusive Head Trauma. 0106(9) Provider D.R. and staff member W.R. need to take Medication Management. 0106(11) During the visit on 4/4/24 it was observed that staff member G.R. was the only staff member in the licensed area with three children even though she does not have current CPR or First Aid training and cannot be unsupervised with children or count in ratio. Staff member T.R. then came downstairs and it was discussed that G.R. cannot be alone with children.
